1. Our Services

• TradeGhar offers the following real estate services:
• Rental property services.
• Auction property assistance.
• Buy-Sell and Resale property services.
• Fresh bookings from developers.
• NRI property consultation.

2. Rental Services

• For Tenants: Our services are 100% free of charge for tenants for residential properties.
• For Property Owners: We charge a brokerage equivalent to 5 days' rent once a deal is finalized with a tenant.

3. Auction Property Services

• General Assistance: We do not charge any brokerage for auction properties.
• Post-Bid Assistance: If the buyer wishes to use our services for support after winning the bid (including documentation, bank coordination, registry assistance), a service fee of 0.5% of the property value is applicable.

4. Buy-Sell / Resale Properties

• We charge 0.5% brokerage from both the buyer and seller, payable upon finalization of the transaction.

5. Accuracy of Information

• While TradeGhar aims to provide accurate and verified property information, listings are based on data provided by property owners, developers, or third parties.
• Buyers and tenants are advised to verify all details independently before making any decision.

6. Limitation of Liability

• TradeGhar shall not be held responsible for:
• Errors, omissions, or changes in property listings.
• Any financial loss or damages arising from property transactions.
• Disputes between parties involved in the transaction.
• All deals are subject to mutual consent between the parties involved.
