We do not charge any brokerage or service fee in advance. Brokerage is charged only after the deal is successfully closed and the agreement is signed between the concerned parties.

Since:

• • No payment is collected before deal closure, and
• • Brokerage is payable only upon successful completion of the transaction,

there is no provision for refunds under any circumstances.
